Axis Olympus and Grabdeals

Anyone has any experience using the AXIS Multiplier platform- Grabdeals. I used it recently and got an SMS saying the transaction was recorded and points will get credited in 90-120 days.
Question- How long does it take for bonus rewards to reflect ?

Is there anything similar for Axis atlas? Other than travel, do we get bonus points anywhere else?
