Axis mobile app not showing my Savings account, it's only showing my Axis Credit cards.

I took credits cards from Axis Bank before opening a Savings account. Recently I have opened a Savings Account and I got a new Customer ID(Which is not working) with the instant kit.
Whenever I open my Netbanking in a Laptop, I can see my Account and the Credit cards but when I try to Open netbanking in the android app it's only showing my credit cards, not the Savings account.

Any solution?

Read here. Maybe similar issue. Earlier they used to merge automatically and inform via email/SMS.

Any possibility of using net banking. For net banking after entering the user id and password, its asking for OTP from app. Since app is also not working, unable to go ahead with net banking too. Any options. Thanks.

Here click on mobile otp and enter in NetBanking.

Btw app is working fine now. Confirmed by a user above too.
