Axis international spend offer where TnC

I got the below offer on my axis magnus card via sms but no such email came and there is no link in the sms. How do I check the TnC and verify it is actualla genuine offer?

Yeah that's my worry and what if it never comes...
Worse axis being axis they won't send the voucher by themselves... And if there is no written record they will just say it never existed or worse keep going in circles when I complain acting dumb

Yes, there was a March UPI spend offer for Swiggy one voucher for which I even had multiple communications and yet Axis hasn't sent the voucher after the promised date has already passed. I had put a status about it on TF but not pursuing Axis for the voucher...
