Axis has seemingly started onboarding customers onto their Credit Line feature. The terms and conditions mentioned are not comprehensive and do not help in describing product features and charges. It seems that it is only available for customers with FD’s.

If this a simple loan (or part withdrawal) against FD, why call it with a different name n market it as a new product ?

Why would anyone place a FD and take a loan on it - under this new product - especially when their basic CCs are given - to almost everyone - that too on LTF basis - which usually come with 30-40 days of interest free repayment periods ?

When launching such products, the distinct n USP features of that product n the target group should be well highlighted to the public n their customers - both existing n prospective.
