Axis cc limit 210K . Paid 10k and available credit limit is 220k. But not same for hdfc ...why

I have axis ace cc limit 210k I paid 50k now available limit showing 260k. I can do two transaction of 210k and 40k. Leaving 10k as balance.
however I have two cc of hdfc. Shared limit of 1L.
I paid 10k in millenia and 80k in neu.
So my available limit becomes 190 k.
And then I will do one transaction each on my cc. In millenia 1L and neu 70k.
But the credit limit in hdfc is showing 1L only. And hdfc cust care told that excess payment will be adjusted in future only . But can use only upto 1L . Not more than this. Can anyone guide me . How can I do the transaction in hdfc cards

This is each bank's internal policy
Ideally speaking, if you have pre paid then it should boost the limit but a lot of banks keep both the transactions separate and may only adjust in the final statement
