Guyz Axis bank blocked my transaction on Axis Card I requested to customer support to unblock the card can anyone of know how much he will take to unblock the card

Hello! My card was approved but wasn't delivered to I tried to check the status via axa and mistakenly blocked my undelivered card. What should I do now? Is it permanent?
