Axis Burgundy Debit card benefits

Is there any benefits by using Burgundy debit card for bill payments like HDFC offering cashback for CC bill payments using platinum/millennia debit cards.

What are the eligible transactions for earning RPs?

You can earn 20 points/₹200. It we value 1P = ₹0.2, then it's 2% value back.

There is 2 points/₹200 which is 1% value back. The points can be transfered to air miles or hotel points as 5:4.

Also 20 points per bill payment extra.

Minimum transactions amount Rs. 200 & thereafter in multiples of 200 across Debit Card & Credit Card. Minimum 2 bills payments and maximum 5 bill payments in a month.

Correct me if I am wrong.

It is 2 points for 200 and not 20. So not very great from % pov but if you are paying 1 lakh of CC bill every month you will get 1000 points every month and 24000 in a year.. so instead of paying directly from bank account pay via debit card.. only issue is you have to use third party platform like cred or paytm and always chance of money getting stuck for few days if there is transaction failure.. if u have axis bank account and axis cc safest is pay directly from bank account to cc with no hassle..but obviously no reward points in that case..

I believe any portal works but the mcc should be correct to get the applicable points. Cred (above 50K), paytm, mobikwik can be used. Even axis has their own bill pay portal but it's in beta.

I don't have Burgundy. Perhaps my interpretation of points is wrong.

If you have Magnus or HNI CC, then you can also convert your Burgundy ER @ 5:4
So effectively you can get 0.8% as airmiles for CC bill payments

yes but let say if someone has huge CC bill to pay let say 8L as someone posted in group , I think this dc can be used as there is no max cap to the earning along with Creq .. to double dip ..
