I opened liberty account in Feb, 2024 but haven't received gv despite spending 60k in the last three months but my sister received. Her account was opened in Feb too, our spends were same as well. Customer care saying that the 1st quarter ended in March so kindly wait till june 30th, 2024 again.
For one account, the quarter counted from Feb to April and for another, the scenario is different. Which sort of discrimination is this?
