Axis bank credit card got approved but no further details shared

Hello,
I have applied for IndianOil axis bank credit card under the lifetime free offer on 28th February 2022. I got the approval message after the 2 hour because I’m an existing axis bank customer so there were no video KYC or any verification. It’s been more than a month that I haven’t got any details or sms regarding the card and when I track the status of the card using the application number on https://axisbank.com/cctrack it shows that my card have been approved and the credit limit is also visible there but no response from Axis bank. I had also contacted the customer support but they said that there is no details regarding this application.

Is there anyone else is going through same situation?
Or
Anyone have a solution for it

Are you able to see the card in your net banking view?

I haven’t try to see on net banking but on the axis bank app nothing is showing under the credit cards section

Yes I meant Axis app only. You should be able to see if a card has already been issued but if it is not the case, kindly reach out to support for assistance.
