Axis Bank CC Payment Issue

As you know CITI got migrated to AXIS and my CITI Indian Oil CC has been replaced with AXIS Bank Indian Oil Premium CC. It has been almost a year and since then I'm trying to pay my AXIS Bank Indian Oil Premium CC bill using third party apps like cheq, phonepe, freecharge, zavo, savesage etc.., But I'm not able to pay. These apps are not even fetching the card details, bill amount if i try to give my number and last 4 digits of card. It always says error error. Since then I'm directly paying my CC bill using AXIS bank account.

Anyone faced or facing similar issue whos CITI CC's and migrated to AXIS CC's and unable to pay the bill using 3rd party apps?

I think you shud try getting new card if it doesn't charge any fees, by blocking your current card and getting new card..
