In short (what changed):

- Buy-one-Get-one free movie/non-movie ticket offer on BookMyShow will be discontinued.
- 24*7 complimentary concierge services will be discontinued (seems like no one using it).
- Complimentary airport meet & assist services reduced and/or discontinued.
- Gold/Jewelry, Govt. Services, Utilities not eligible for milestone, normal reward points - nothing.
- Domestic lounge access required 50,000 in previous 3 calendar months.
- and more..

No redemption fee to be charged on Privilege card. Did you get a message that redemption fee will be applicable while redeeming your ER points?

2)50K spend not the last quarter, it is in the last 3 months (i.e. rolling 3 months).. that is AXES for you .. Kaching !!!

Damn.. are the crappy axis systems even capable of calculating the amount spent correctly in last 3 months? This may not affect M4B as most spend 50K or more in a month anyways - however can be an issue for other card holders.

Is this fee only for redemption and not for transfer? I transferred my Atlas Miles last Friday (still pending) and wasn't charged anything).

It was showing it'll be charged in my next credit card statement

Haha no. I do plan on taking it till RBI because I think it's unfair to have your rewards delayed by 45 days and a notice of only 30 days. For example if the delay for accelerated points was 120 days, then no one would have ever received those points with the promised deal. I don't think it's a hopeless quest but it's definitely a low odds of success.

No. I'm starting the escalation process right now. I think it shouldn't be impossible to get this done the right way, at least get the points for transactions done before the notice was sent out so I'm not too worried about. If I take this to rbi, I'll have a very long list of complaints.
