I had raised a query here earlier as I was about to go on an international trip, hoping to get some clarity on the lounge access feature of the Axis Atlas credit card.
Unfortunately, I have to say that the lounge access facility is currently not working properly.
Many users are circulating information that Axis Atlas is now tied up with Priority Pass for international lounges and Adani LoungeOne for domestic lounges.
I would like to clarify that these are all false claims.
✅ There is no working tie-up with Priority Pass, and you cannot register or activate any digital PP card with the Atlas.
✅ Domestic lounge access is also inconsistent — even in major airports like Cochin, access is either unavailable or not recognized.
I tried generating the QR code from the app (as instructed), but it just shows “facility not available” — and the customer care team had no answers at all.
It’s really disappointing that a premium card like Axis Atlas is facing such a critical issue with one of its flagship features — and no official announcement or timeline has been provided so far.
If anyone has got official confirmation from Axis or found a workaround, please do share it here.
