Nope. It's an extremely travel focused card so you will get benefits (5 edge miles for every 100 spent) on Travel edge portal or direct hotels or airlines (websites or OTC) only.

Ideally should. But you can always visit website of Accor App and book using the card just to be sure. Also another hack is you can use Vistara website to book hotel stays, in which case you get CV points as well as Edge Miles.

Atlas isn't meant for GV buying.

Get another Axis variant or one of the Amex cards for the vouchers, the reward rates are much better there.

Also, having two cards will always protect you from the so-called upcoming "devaluation" and it won't feel as bad.
