Dont forget Axis primus-- the god of all cards with joining fees of 5 lakhs+gst and annual fees of 3lakhs+gst😅

I got a call today from customer care (my RM arranged it) and they were offering me Atlas. I asked them why it doesnt appear in the pre-approved section anymore and he said it needs to be applied only thru phone banking/ customer care. I asked him to call me back on 1 Sept. to confirm my interest. Let's see what happens.

Just got a callback from customer care and received a link to apply atlas card and applied it. Instantly got approved (have an existing axis relationship) and new card number also got genereated (screenshot attached from today). He said the news about atlas being stopped is just a rumor and anyone can apply it from the website even if they cant see it on pre approved card list. Now waiting for the card to be delivered. However wont activate Atlas if my EPM approval comes through by next month.

EPM is much better .. I think now tough fight between HDFC Inifinia / ICICI EPM / HSBC Premier Credit card

Its a new card. Currently have an axis select card which came free with burgandy account. Limit will be shared across both cards.

The customer care exec told me anyone meeting eligibility criteria can still apply from the website. Did you try that route?

Maybe you got it because it looks like an upgrade over another card as i can see from the sms screenshot. New applications such as brand new ones are not entertained as i confirmed it with an airport axis rep.
