website: usual price for that card and required spends to get fee waiver (applicable all time when no offer running)

SMS / Envelope / Specific URL: that is the price ur card offered and same applies all time (can ignore website)

Finally, I have closed my Myzone Rupaye card and applied Axis Amex privilege card.

They offered 2500 retention reward points but I did not want to postpone the card closure.
