In this method it will open another card for us, afaik. Correct me will it actually upgrade or can we keep both cards (then its not upgrade actually). Same like Fresh but without verification or any doc submission.

Yes it will open another account in cibil and will be a separate card. All will be active.

Reason i said upgrade means this card being issued based on ur existing card only, same limit,same kyc.

A new card account without any document submission or kyc and the old card will remain active.

I don't think they have enabled the feature yet for this card. We might get the digital card option once they have taken care of ongoing issues.
