Found the first four digits also of this Amex Privilege card via Grab Deals but still complete details are not available yet.

I can see the LTF Amex privilege card in Axis NetBanking app pre-approved offers.

So it's safe to assume Axis will soon issue the cards without any hitch;If there was any problem, they would have immediately stopped the application of the cards.
Else, Axis does best, i.e., always responding late to this kind of situation.
