Alright, I will close My Zone and Indian Oil. I have 4 cards, FK Axis, My Zone, Indian Oil, and Airtel.

After exactly on 91st day u will start to appear pre-approved cards if you have 1 or 2 card

No need to wait for 3 months.
AFTER your CC is closed (any one out of the 3) n AFTER you recieve the no-dues email from Axis, you can apply for a new CC.

My Neo was used on 20/5. After paying the bill in June, I asked them to close it. On 23/6, I got the closure confirmation email. I applied for this Axis Amex card on 8/7. Within 2 weeks. Approved instantly.
