Axis Amex privilege card with fees 1500 is being offered ltf.
For both Fresh and Upgrade applications.

Process for Upgrade
Open App
Click on 3lines at top left
Apply
Credit card
Check and apply axis amex privilege if fees shown 0

I applied and approved instantly. Its good ltf card to keep. Hurry up

How did you get fk axis as LTF ?? Any suggestions.? My card is due for renewal and is a paid cc. Thinking of closing..

Just call customer care and ask them to close the card because of its annual fee. Negotiate them until they convert to LTF.

It's depends on your negotiation skill and profile. Try ..try....try. there is no risk in using the card closing way as you decided to cancel the card

Axis maintains your contact/other info at account level and at customer level.

At the account level - info can be seen by all. But, at customer level, your info can be seen only by BM and Operations Manager.

May be your info at customer level got some jubk/unrelated info. Visit YOUR branch n talk to the BM and get it rectified.

The above is based on my own experience which is similar to yours.

CC is also an account. You will also have a customer ID number. Refer your CC statement.

I too have only CCs n no SB/FD accounts.

except federal, you can login every bank with any kind of relation (be it only credit card, savings) using customer id (u can get same by opening anything like credit card only, savings, fd etc.)

refer login page for that bank and select credit card only user.

Haha. I am also only credit card holder,and holds just 1 card

Today, the axis bank employee told me that the issue is not fixable and you have to apply it through a physical application and there is no other choice. I asked him if this issue will ever be fixable? He replied, 'Never'. Lost hope in axis now 🙁

I dont remember where, but i saw similar portal like app to apply ccs qs existing customer

Yeah,checked it out. In netbanking, it doesn't show me amex variant cards for some reason. I can only see mastercard,visa and rupay.

Axis Airtel Rupay variant is also available on Axis App now. It's chargeable but I have seen that for the first time.

If anyone is looking to apply for the Axis Airtel Rupay variant card, it can be directly applied from the Axis App or Net Banking.
Go to the credit cards section and check your pre-approved offers.

Follow the steps below to apply for the Axis Aritel Rupay Variant Credit Card:
1) Through Net Banking - Log in to the Net Banking and navigate to the Credit Cards section. Check pre-approved offers and filter the Rupay Network.

That is upgrade by keeping ur old cards too. Not by replacing them.
If u get options in apply section of app, ur new card will be approved in secs with the limit of ur existing cards.

If it is not showing, sadly we can't do anything.
You have to apply manually as fresh card
