Rcvd this card a month ago stmt gen on 12th of prev month
Did not receive cashback credit yet usually they credit the cashback amount on 7th of every month if stmt gen date is 12th so need ur replies

I think it's possible to conv rupay to mc
Except 1% cashback on upi spends everything is same in both networks so, if u don't need that 1% u can switch to MC

Unfortunately we all applied that rupay variant during the testing phase and it's not live to customers yet
Due to a glitch the rupay variant was visible in pre approved section but now no one can apply for this card
And we r not receiving cashback too

Last Friday I raised the issue for my card. They mentioned 2 working days. So it should get credited by Tuesday for me.

What I have seen is without compaining also they automatically credit remaining cashback in next couple of months. I have seen this multiple times.
So I jsut wait. In oct I got cashback for Sep & remaingin cashback of july.
