NO double dip, it's in axis discretion to give it or not, may 5+3 or only 3 or only 5.

I think it is written "minimum spends 10000 to be eligible" so if I spend 5k+5k that should also count as long as total is exceeding 10k.

The exact words are "Min spends of Rs.10,000 post registration would be required on a credit card for being eligible for 3X EDGE REWARD Points on that credit card."

It can be interpreted either way. If I see logically, it would be total spends during offer period should be more than 10K rather than first spend.
