AU Zenith Plus Application

Hello,

Currently I have 10 Credit Cards, none in AU. So planning to apply for AU Zenith Plus.
Does it work? And how strict are they about Physical Office Verification, since I work remotely. Any way to tell them or waive off the Physical Verification step?
And also what documents do they need or they just do it based on CIBIL or C2C?

They did physical verification of my office as well as home, pretty strict about it

I am not sure about current process, but I received au card when I had 12+ cards

Yeah! It's hit & miss with pretty much all banks.All banks have different criteria for different individuals.

Though somedays ago i saw a application getting rejected for the above reason.

I read if you verify your office email ID then they might waive off office visit. Not sure though

Best is to attend the home verification and tell the guy for office verification that you work from home. This mostly works if both verifications are done on same day, bcoz a person cannot be present in both locations on the same day. Try your luck buddy.

My suggestion will be don't apply now. AU is facing a massive technical glitch for CC application. Nearly two months back I applied online through normal route and the cards displayed were Lit, Altura & Altura Plus. Post 45 days AU deleted the lead and this time I tried to apply through their Swipe-Up platform with the hope of getting Zenith (only offered for C2C through Swipe-Up), however the twist is although lead gets through Swipe-Up, never during the entire application journey, existing CC bin is asked and it landed through normal application. I uploaded required docs and this 3 CCs are shown Lit, Vetta & Zenith+ with soft approval of 5.85L limit. I stopped at that page and mailed CC for LTF Zenith. They replied to apply for Vetta now and later they will convert to LTF Zenith. So, I applied for Vetta & very next day got rejected stating internal policy.
I mailed to support & pno for exact rejection reason stating RBI guidelines, but till date they failed to reply my query and asked my consent for lead deletion. I'm waiting for crossing 1 month to give them a bamboo in RBIO stating RBI circular regarding rejection.
