AU credit offers not getting applied on Jiomart

Hello Everyone,

I have AU Lit card. In Jiomart, there is a 10% instant discount on minimum tramsaction of ₹2,000 upto maximum discount of ₹250. The offer period is from 1st Jan 2024 to 7th Jan 2024. No coupon code is required. My transaction amount is ₹2,562 and still the instant discount is not getting applied. Any idea how to resolve the issue?
Anyone else facing the issue?

Wait for few hours . As today is starting day for the offer, the discount may not be worked. I have noticed like this in some of the websites and after few hours the offers will be applicable.

AU cards i have seen many sites like bookmyshow have offer only for Zenith. not for other variants.

No such Terms and conditions is mentioned is such. Also I used the card last month on Jiomart for the offer

I noticed the same - it's not working for me either. Also, I think it's not just for AU Bank : homepage shows offer for Yes Bank too but at the time of checkout, "Bank Offers" under "Credit/Debit cards" section says "No Bank offers are available".

“Bank offers” under “Credit/Debit card” payment method is now showing Yes Bank but not AU Bank yet.

Now AU Bank offers is now getting applied today in Jiomart. Seems there was a issue at Jiomart end yesterday
