If it asks for DOB and last 4 digits of existing card then only you are eligible. It will be instantly approved. But if it asks for PAN number then you will get existing holder error which I was getting since launch. Today finally got offer through all channels.

It didn't ask even for PAN card. Just after entering mobile number it said you already have a card.

Finally worked. Card details showing in app. Card limit is only 1L. Previous one was 5L.

No sms or email received earlier.

Yea sometimes it asks PAN and shows that msg, sometimes directly. If it asks DOB and exisitng card details then only you get it.
