Assistance Needed: OneCard Upgrade Details and Video KYC

I received an offer from OneCard to upgrade my SMB secured card to an unsecured BoB OneCard with a ₹1.5 lakh limit. However, when I try to accept the offer, it still shows my previous OneCard details — i.e., my status as a student with an income of ₹1–5 lakh — and there is no option to update this information.

I have a few questions:

1. If I accept the offer with the same (old) details, will it be approved or denied?
2. Is there any option to update my occupation and income details before accepting the offer?

Also, I’m currently not at my permanent location. I will be in Ghaziabad for the next 25 days, but my communication and permanent address are both in Lucknow. The app shows I have 13 days left to accept the offer.

Since video KYC is usually done at the registered address, I want to know: Do I need to be physically present at my Lucknow address to complete the video KYC process, or can I do it from my current location in Ghaziabad?
