Applying for IDFC RuPay Debit Card – Any Fees?

I’m planning to get an IDFC RuPay debit card. I already hold an IDFC FIRST Wealth credit card. If I apply for the debit card through IDFC’s NetBanking portal, will there be any charges involved?

The main reason I’m looking for this is to use it for credit card bill payments, especially since SBI Virtual Debit Card payments have recently been devalued.
