APay card wallet load on Full KYC

While loading my Amazon wallet for 9k I have got the error that this transaction is withheld. And when I contacted customer care this is the response I got.
"As per process, we inform you that you will be unable to do wallet transactions and however you can continue to do retail transactions within the available credit limit."

Is this the same with everyone?

I have got the same withheld few months back but when questioned they allowed it last time.

No the account is not new and the cc is also not new.
I haven't done any stunts as far I know. Just a below average spender on Amazon I believe.

I have mailed them about any terms and conditions for not allowing wallet load. Let's see what they come up with.

Last month i didn't do any wallet load with my apay cc, however during last 6 months, i have been doing almost 30 to 50k wallet load each month to transfer it to my account later. Didn't face any issue so far, nevertheless my txn was withheld twice, but i tried after some time, and it went through successfully!

One of my friend told me similar experience.

His cred wallet and phonepe wallet transfer from apay cc is failing. But his amount was close to 1Lakh (50k + 50k).

@ash1812singh What arecthey saying? Are blocking all wallet load or after certain amount? How much did u transfer total in current statement/ month? Have u crossed 6L/10L in last six months / one year?
