Anyone facing issue with ITC Hotel booking (revenue/rewards)?

It's facing its own downtime. I couldn't check my earlier booking as well. Already reported, they said, they're working on it.

i am looking to book a hotel using ITC green. Just wanted to know if there is any additional discount when booking via mobile app.
Also are taxes paid via green points?

In my opinion for any reward redemption of hotel they expect booking to be only from their own app/website/cust care
This is my experience with ITC Accor and Marriott Bonvoy
Cos if we book via easy diner it will show minimum 15% discounts in these restaurants which they won’t give discount and accept points to pay
