Any way to buy HP gift vouchers using AGV or credit card?

Is there a way to buy HP gift vouchers using AGV or credit card? HP gift vouchers are not available anywhere, and even if it's available it is with a surcharge, or buying through UPI.

HP pay voucher available with 4% Discount in HP Pay app. You can buy with credit card.
