Annual pass Fastag issue

My annual pass is already active since Aug 13 and I had crossed a toll.

however I noticed that the pass is not visible in Rajmarg Yatra app.

i checked the receipt and it was missing my registered mobile number.

1033 customer care is saying that the pass is active on my VRN but app is not showing.

i have logged in the Rajmarg Yatra app with the same mobile number as my fastag .

im out of ideas.

please help
 
Have you checked the order details. Today their server was too overloaded, so proper data was not visible, have you tried back again in past hour.. I has the same problem even in fetching the order details and activated pass was not visible, can see both in the account now.

I checked it.
The order history is showing transaction successful and upon downloading, the PDF also shows success.

But in the app, its not appearing.

If order is successful and you the pdf with your registered mobile number, the it will be sorted.

As order pdf says: For assistance, please call 1033 or visit
rajmargyatra.nhai.gov.in
