My annual pass is already active since Aug 13 and I had crossed a toll.
however I noticed that the pass is not visible in Rajmarg Yatra app.
i checked the receipt and it was missing my registered mobile number.
1033 customer care is saying that the pass is active on my VRN but app is not showing.
i have logged in the Rajmarg Yatra app with the same mobile number as my fastag .
im out of ideas.
please help
