Try clearing play store app cache, sometimes this happens
Updated iOS app has the annual pass option, bought it. While android app has only 2.3.1 version even opened on browser

My annual pass is already active since Aug 13 and I had crossed a toll.
however I noticed that the pass is not visible in Rajmarg Yatra app.
i checked the receipt and it was missing my registered mobile number.
1033 customer care is saying that the pass is active on my VRN but app is not showing.
i have logged in the Rajmarg Yatra app with the same mobile number as my fastag .
im out of ideas.
please help
