Amex points to krisflyer transfer query

Hi All,

1) I have about 23k Amex points and I want to transfer them to KrisFlyer (Singapore Airlines). I saw name shd exactly match to that of amex cc
Is there any hack to transfer to different persons account?
2) Can I transfer KrisFlyer miles from an Indian KrisFlyer account to a different US-based KrisFlyer account held by another person?
3) After transferring points from Amex into KrisFlyer, how long will those KrisFlyer miles remain valid?

1. Nope, they have become very strict in last 1 year, my bonvoy name didn't match with govt Id and they didnt allow it. Except hdfc and axis (i think) no one allows it.
2. Nope, it doesn't allow krisflyer to another krisflyer - if u are okay with crazy devaluations then u can do krisflyer to some other partner and again krisflyer - almost 6:1
3. 3 years - activity does not extend validity
