Has anyone paid Star health insurance premium with Amex Platinum Card, I am facing failure error after entering OTP and submitting it. Tried it thrice at various times when paying with full premium amount.
and Moreover, on EMI selection for payment i see "Card not eligible for autopay. Please try other card". Is there anything i have to manually turn on on the Amex app or something.
Is there a better way i can use my Amex card here as i have to use 50k to reach 4L limit and premium is 60k.
