Amex Platinum Charge - Home Assistance Services

Has anyone availed Amex Platinum Home Assistance services and know what all are the offering? I received email notification today that they will be discontinuing this service from June 24. Just want to understand how much useful this service was.

If you need a plumber electrician etc. Call amex and they will refer.
