Amex Domestic Flight Redemption

Hi Guys, i have a domestic family trip planned in few months, I have around 2.5L amex MR points, what is the best way to book flight tickets with these points? Preferred for airlines Indigo and Air India.

Amex is best for Marriott imo. For flights, you won't get good realisations!

try with krisflyer to book air india, i am not sure how much value you will get!, but mr points are not suitable for domestic flight bookings

yep the redemption ratio is 2:1, one can use krisflyer points to book air india flights, but not sure how much value 1 krisflyer point shall give for booking air india flights, ideally for booking singapore airlines 1 krisflyer point is around 1.2Rs economy and 2Rs business.

for domestic flights i would say hdfc dcp/regalia gold/dcb/infinia are better options.

Thanks for responding, well i am currently into Amex ecosystem. Surely will plan to get HDFC points but since i have Amex will try Krisflyer

I've not found any domestic redemption worth with AMEX tbvh! I've got good value with Virgin Atlantic on North America & UK routes so I just redeem there so far.

BOM-JFK for around 48000 MR points is great redemption and value. I stay in airbnb or hostels for stay so Marriott redemption while lucrative doesn't make sense to me personally. I'll either redeem for Europe or North America flights...
