AMEX 30k spend needed

Hello guys i have amex rewards cc and i got charged for annual fees however after talking with their customer support they agreed to reverse the charges when i spend 30k before 7 may i tried to do education payment but housing app is not working for amex
Can you please suggest me an app or a way to spend this amount as I don't have any purchase coming

But 30 Amazon vouchers from , Amazon where you don’t need to pay any fees, but needed 3 accounts ,10k each.

Or
try mobikwik and add the amount to wallet and transfer it to bank .
Or
Do the education payments from mobikwik
