Amazon pay later not closed in credit report

Amazon Pay Later (CapFloat + Karur Vysya Bank) was closed 2 months ago(closure initiated 3 months ago). I have received a No Objection Certificate (NOC) showing the closure in my CIBIL report, but in my Experian credit report, Karur Vysya is closed while Capital Float is still showing as active, with the payment status not being reported.
What should I do?

After this, please don’t open any BNPL products… they are not worth at all.. you can get CCs very easily these days

If not closed post 90+ days + 30 day to show in cibil . =120 days
U can mail them .they will do it happily

Usually happens within this time

what email ids you used to close cap float n krur vyas loan, asked for noc in same mail?
