Amazon pay balance issue

Can someone explain this attached image?

I have to pay 45k of premium, i have loaded amazon pay and has balance of 50k. However i am unable to use it.

Now max 25k max possible for insurance and 15k for other bills.

I hope you understand the message in the screensot. You cant pay the bill greater than 25K with Apay balance

Oh ok, I wanted to make 25k from amazonpay bal and rest from card. However, no amazonpay balance option is shown while trying to make payment from insurance service provider website(ICICI Pru in this case).

Any alternative here. 🙁
