Am i elligible for additional compensation for delayed compensation past 30 days of first acknowledgement

So i had a disputes raised on 19th feb with cibil, which was not resolved until i complained with rbi ombudsman in april thus compensation of 2900 was approved on 23rd April.
But even after providing the bank details , it was not fulfilled and i had to raise another rbi complaint on 23rd May. Since the delay i asked for 5900 rs now that is 2900 original plus 30x100 for the delay.
Now CIBIL want to only pay original amount and close asap but i feel i am correct in asking for additional compensation. They are pushing me to send the cancel cheque copy.

Please advice.

On around 23rd April. But i didn't receive the compensation even today. i had to raise another complaint to get it taken up further. And lastly according to them they sent an email to ask for bank details which i hadn't received on my email .

U are eligible for compensation from 22nd March(from 31st day) to 23rd April ( closure of dispute). 33 days delay - Total 3300. How it's 29 days delay only- 2900? Correct me if i am wrong
Keep in mind. Make sure that you updated your bank details at the time of dispute raised (receiving a mail menting that dispute registered. There you could see a link to update your bank details/ along with the same mail u might received a seperate email to update bank details. Then only you are eligible for compensation. Otherwise u won't get compensation if you trying to update the details now

My dispute was closed on 76th day. Ie 30days+ 46. I got 4600 as compensation. But they didn't send any mail regarding the compensation mail. In cibil account section also it was shown as compensation eligible:0. I just sent a mail to cibil and got amount within 5 days. Sometimes cibil do these kind of thing

The dispute was resolved on 15th april, and compensation confirmed on 23rd. The first few links provided were not working. I updated bank details with working link after a week or so. And kept following up.. again raised complain.

And that is why im asking for the time when compensation was not paid.

I think the error were happened when u try to update the bank account using dispute id+registered mobile/mail id. Right?? This is whats your are telling as link was not working?

Normally compensation get credited within 5 days from the date of dispute closed

Yes ofcourse. It's ur right to get the compensation. Follow up with Cibil nodal, pno also
