I applied for RSDC from their ai1 app on 3rd April. After a few days they closed the existing debit card, i checked in the app and it was showing that card application is processed and it will be dispatched via speedpost and consignment number and consignment date were shown in the app. Consignment date was 17th April.
Till now, I haven't received the card. When I try to track it via consignment number it shows no details found. It's been a month now. @ritwik2000

Since it's over a month. Lodge a grievance. Customer care won't be able to help.
