All applications getting declined!

I have a very weird problem over here.
Since last year, all my credit card applications are getting declined citing bank's internal policy.

I got the Apay cc in 2021. I took a home loan in mid of 2022.

After that, I applied for BOB Premier, ICICI Rubyx, HDFC Regalia (c2c) and Axis MyZone credit cards. All of them got declined.

Could it be because of the home loan?
Is there any way of getting a concrete reason?

P.S. Satisfied income criteria for all the cards I had applied for.

Yeah, it was at a steady 770+ last I checked. But I did have a lot of enquiries because I was trying out for a lot of cards (mostly reapplying for IDFC to check if offered anything above Millenial)

Understood. Rookie mistake on my part, got carried away.
Hopefully that's the only reason why my applications are getting declined.
