AIS Corrections for sale of securities

In AIS of ITR, the cost of the acquistion, unit FMV, Fair market value is not shown for most of the stocks. How do you guys filing the itr whether after correcting AIS or not. How do you arrive fair market value? . Thanks

Don't go via AIS
Download capital gains report and tax report from your brokers and file taxes accordingly

Add all your brokers and file ITR.
Just compare the final values of sales consideration and done. Keep the reports for future reference.
