Is Airtel Axis credit card available for all customers Airtel and Non-Airtel ?

Airtel thanks app gives access to all customers

Airtel gives access to for all....

But the issue is axis, using data it won't allow few mobile number users for application else instantly rejects the application.

Is there any way other than using Airtel Thanks app to apply? Will Axis RM be able to help procure this?

Bank issue credit card based on credit worthiness not on the basis of mobile number operator.

Offer available for every number but card approval depends on eligibility

It is showing error for me in airtel application when i try to enter my intial it is asking add atleast two letters but my initial is D in full name can i add it last like my Name D krishna can i make it krishna d?? And can i get different limit
