Air miles- flying blue and others

The flying blue is offering 45% discount on purchase of miles and want to know if it's a good deal and anyone has bought recently or in past and if it is useful.
This month I have received emails from numerous partners like Marriott, flying blue and others for purchasing their miles either at bonus or at discount. Is it worth it??

Thank you. I will surely check the above. These days have been receiving many emails from various partners for buying miles. So just wanted to know. If that's a good idea or should give it a pass.
