escalation till pno Or md desk is the only way..... first raise a complaint online with customer care. then if not given grievence Redrassal -nodal officer-principal nodal officer -then md desk.... you would surely get but need patience and time to fight

if your rm bm is capable it's possible from their end only but usually they don't know or don't have incentives to do it...
other story the branch later called me and saying that zonal head approval will get magnus add-on and in order for branch to recommend/write for that approval minimum i should hold a SB account basic variant and after i open account they will raise SR again with approval.
currently i am card only customer.

these aren't necessary they have given add ons to even to non acc holders but still thier targets of acc opening etc make these steps essential... anyway if you can fight or incentivize them is only the way out
Yeah for me too the branch person said she would require an approval from someone. And it took couple of days for that itself. Also i do hold a salary acc with them so hopeful of getting the add-on 😁
yes they say acc open with 2500 then may ask for good balance like 2l so that zonal head will approve easily all business tricks

that's true but if you're persistent and can keep on pushing they have to give it.... but still it isn't easy
thats why i kept the acc opening idea aside.
already this forum full of axis debiting huge x and y charges to savings account so scared
They don't give addon for any unless applied along with the application. MyZone or Select or Vistara.
