I applied for sbi add-on card during swiggy offer in my Father's name. The card got generated but physical card was stuck in some place, even those sbi cs have no idea where. They replaced the card without asking me for a consent. After that only I came to know that the offer cannot be claimed for re-issued card. The fault was from their end I was the one who was affected.
