(Ace) Can't Link Axis Ace CC to GPay

Hi guys! My first post here. I recently received my Axis Ace credit card. But I am unable to add it to either Google Pay or Samsung Pay. The only option shown is Call your bank (No OTP option). But when calling them (including RM) or raising service requests, the only reply I get is they are rolling out Google Pay for their cards. This is surprising as this card is meant to be used with GPay. Also, I have no problem adding my other cards (Axis and other banks) in either platform. Could someone help me out?

Update: Issue was resolved. I called the Axis Ace customer care and they solved it! (Calling and asking normal Axis customer care didn't work, they had no clue)
