ON 23rd Sept 2024 i sent 2018 Rs from my HDFC account to Thane District Co Op Bank
my account did got debited but the recejver account has still not been credited
When i raised the issue with the HDFC bank RBI CPGRAMS CONSUMER FORUM
HDFC came with the same reply on all the platforms "THE TRANSACTION IS SUCCESFULL FROM OUR SIDE WE HAVE RAISED THE REQUEST FOR THE REVERSAL BUT THE THANE CO OP BANK HAS DENIED THE REQUEST ON GOOD FAITH BASIS WE HAVE AGAIN RAISED THE REQUEST WITH THE BANK AND ALSO REQUEST YOU TO VISIST THE RECEIVERS BRANCH "
What i find weird is that the case is being handled ty RBI appointed internal Ombudsman is that ok?.....on the Portal the case is still in pending state.
