Hotel Points Accor payment using points_Novotel singapore on kitchener

Hi ,
I booked for 6 nights in Novotel singapore on kitchener.
When I am making reservation, there is no option to pay by points.
so I went with normal process and gave credit card details for authentication.

After that I mailed hotel and they responded that I can pay via points on alternate days.
  • 1st night – using points
  • 2nd night – paid
  • 3rd night – using points
  • 4th night – paid

Is this same for all accor properties because , I have so many points and want to pay using points.

It is showing option to pay with points,try checking again,there is no rule like paying every alternate night.If not able to see try to call accor and ask them to book

Out of 6 nights I booked, I utilized stay plus voucher for a night. Not sure if that might be the reason app was not showing payment by points option.

yes that can be a reason, make two different bookings one with stay plus and rest 5 nights separately.I checked paying with points is available
 
why you keep so many points, you should have given me and get it encashed..... haha...btw you can pay using points at checkin there is no issues.
