Yes both are part of STEP Program. The program is being migrated to Accor Hera, after migration which both these will cease to be part of the same.

I tried to reach out to you for my upcoming stay in Dubai and to see how to use Accor Hera. Being a newbie here, unable to figure out how to DM you. Can you please DM me. Thanks
